Ben is a highly skilled bathroom specialist born and raised in Bristol, bringing over 15 years of expertise to Casa Group. After completing his formal training and apprenticeship, he honed his craft fitting and designing bathrooms across both modern new builds and the restoration of period properties throughout Bath, Bristol and the South West. Ben has a particular passion for bespoke bathroom design, wet rooms, and the use of premium materials that stand the test of time. When not transforming bathrooms, he can be found exploring the Mendip Hills with his Border Collie or restoring classic wooden boats — a weekend hobby that perfectly reflects his meticulous attention to detail and pride in the finished result.

Josh established his reputation as one of Bristol's most trusted plumbing engineers through his dedication to precision and technical excellence. Born in the city, he developed his skills across residential, commercial and industrial projects before co-founding Casa Group. Josh specialises in complex plumbing systems, bathroom plumbing installations, and underfloor heating solutions, with particular expertise in integrating modern plumbing technology within period property infrastructure across Bath and Bristol. Outside of work, Josh is an avid cyclist who regularly takes part in charity rides throughout the South West, and a home brewing enthusiast who applies the same methodical attention to detail to his craft ales as he does to solving the most challenging plumbing problems.
